What size should an Instagram post be?

Square Instagram posts are 1080×1080 px. Portrait posts are 1080×1350 px (4:5). Stories and Reels are 1080×1920 px (9:16). This tool has presets for all of them.

What is the YouTube thumbnail size?

YouTube recommends 1280×720 pixels (16:9 aspect ratio) for custom thumbnails. Select the YouTube Thumbnail preset to crop and export at exactly that size.
